The majority of people get annoyed when people just play music over the VOIP. Honestly I doub't you'll find much information about it on forums for a more serious game like Squad. You could get the dual input splitter and plug it into your headset port, then bridge from that output into the Mic or line in slot, but that will mean people hear all your game sounds too.
You can TRY this, but maybe do some research, I'm not 100% sure it's safe. My buddy I play with has a headset where I can hear everything on his end, myself, his game, his browser, whatever, but it's just something about the way his headset is designed and not any kind of software. It could have just been the headset itself doing it. You could get a dual input splitter and plug your mic and the music source into it on the same input jack on the computer. I don't know anything about doing it with software.
That's just the redneck barebones way to do it. Get a double male end 3.5 cable and plug your MP3 player into either your mic slot or the line in slot of you have one.
